Les Pêcheurs de Perles or Les pêcheurs de perles ("The Pearl Fishers") is an opera in three acts by the French composer Georges Bizet (1838-1875), to a libretto by Eugène Cormon and Michel Carré.

The original text

Set in a faraway island paradise, Georges Bizet tells the story of a love triangle complicated by true friendship.

It was premiered on 30 September 1863 at the Théâtre Lyrique in Paris.
