Performance history in South Africa

1996: First staged in South Africa at the Market Theatre in 1996, directed by Clare Stopford, with Jennifer Steyn (as Kyra) and Ron Smerczak (as Tom), Kurt Wustmann. Also starring Mark Graham, Nicole Franco and David Clatworthy. Stage manager Bruce Koch.



2014: The National Theatre (London) production starring Bill Nighy and Carey Mulligan was filmed and shown in cinemas in South Africa in November 2014.
