Mavis Lilenstein (19**-1999) was a stage and production manager and producer.

Biography
Passed away in 1999, and buried in the Robertson Jewish Cemetery[1]
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She joined CAPAB in 1969. Among the works she stage managed for them were Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1990).
She was also the stage manager for other Cape Town companies.
For the Kaapse Teatergroep she did Swanesang (Chekhov) in either 1972 or 1973,
For the Baxter Theatre, she produced Miss Julie (1986).
Some of the many other productions she worked on were Ampie, Cyrano de Bergerac, Dokter teen Wil en Dank, How the Other Half Loves, Moeder Hanna, Ousus.
