Exits and Entrances is a play by Athol Fugard (1932-).

The original text
The play centres around two meetings the young aspiring writer and actor Athol Fugard had with the South African theatre legend, André Huguenet. The action of the play is set in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town between 1956 and 1961. First produced by The Fountain Theatre, Los Angeles in 2004, directed by Stephen Sachs. First published by David Philip, 2005.
Translations and adaptations
Translated into Spanish by Jose C. Nobrega Correia, entitled Salidas y entradas and performed during the 2006 La Mar de Musicas festival in Spain.
Performance history in South Africa
2005: The first South African production was at the Baxter Theatre Centre, Cape Town in 2005, directed by Janice Honeyman, with Jason Ralph as the young playwright and Sean Taylor as Huguenet. The designer was Saul Radomsky and the lighting designer Mannie Manim.
