The Snow Goose: A Story of Dunkirk [1] is a popular short novella by the American author Paul Gallico [2] (first published in 1940).

The novella was adapted into a one-man show, under the title The Snow Goose and performed by David Horner.
The novella was adapted into a stage play, under the title The Snow Goose by Jenine Collocott, James Cairns and Taryn Bennett to be staged by KBT Productions in Cape Town.
Performance history in South Africa
2013: The Collocott adaptation was staged by KBT Productions at the Grahamstown Festival 2013 and later in the Kalk Bay Theatre in Cape Town, directed by Collocott, with James Cairns and Taryn Bennett in the cast.
2014: The same production was staged at the Grahamstown Festival 2014.
2019: Performed by the Contagious Theatre Group at the Fugard Theatre.
