An African re-working of ''Ubu Roi'' by Jarry,  and based on experiences recounted in Soyinka's own book ''The Burden of the Past'', produced by Nàwáo Productions (a consortium of Nigerian, Swiss and British companies). First performed in Lagos in 2002?*, then played in Ibadan, Benin City, Zurich and Düssdeldorf.
