Performance history in South Africa

1947: Performed in English as Sunday Costs Five Pesos, directed by Alexander Hegerstrom, as part of the FATSSA District Drama Festival at the Little Theatre, Cape Town.

1978: Performed in Afrikaans as Sondag kos 5 Pesos by the Ceres Amateur Toneelvereniging.

1978: Performed in Afrikaans as Sondag Kos Vyf Pesos at the USAT Dramafees, by the ASK at the University of Stellenbosch, on 17 March. Directed by Joan-Helen Dry, with Annemarie Brand, Ena Naudé, Marieta van der Vyver, Petra Heydenrych, Marietjie de Villiers. Stage manager Koos Volgraaff, assisted by Lynnette Breedt. .

1979: Performed in Afrikaans as Sondag kos 5 Pesos by Parklane Amateur Toneelvereniging in Worcester.
