Holds a BA in Theatre and Performance from UCT. [1].
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Kim performed in Womb Tide (2010) and King Lear (2012). He directed Statements After an Arrest Under the Immorality Act (2012), The Things You Left Behind (2013), Closer (2013), Master Harold ... and the boys (2013), The Yelllow Wallpaper (2015).

Ovation award (silver) at the 2013 NAF for The Things You Left Behind.
He won a Fleur du Cap for best Young Director for his production of Fugard’s Statements.
