Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
In the years 1876-1883 she was a member of and actress for the Kamer de Eendracht ("chamber of unity") in Cape Town, a society bearing the motto "Door Oefening wordt de Kunst verkregen" ("art is attained though practice").
