A play about a father, his deserted daughter and an impecunious author. Opened in The Strand Theatre, London on 18 May, 1898.

Performed as a double bill with What Happened to Jones (Broadhurst) by Charles Arnold and his company while on tour in Australia (1900 and 1902) and possibly in South Africa (1900).
