Born in Soweto in 1975, Neshehe moved with his actress mother, Thelma, to the US at age 14. Aside from performances in a few local plays while overseas, Neshehe also did professional modelling and taught basketball and South African culture in the US.

Born on January 12, 1975 in Soweto, Johannesburg, the son of actress Thelma Neshehe and businessman Joseph Neshehe. He started acting when he was four years old under the guidance of his mother. When Mutodi was 14 years old, he and his mother moved to America where he graduated from high school and university, completing a Business Administration degree and having studied having studied Environmental Science and Computer Programming. He also participated in a number of drama projects while in high school.  
  
He returned to South Africa in 2004, where he landed a TV role in ''[[Jacob's Cross]]'' and built a career in TV and film.

Professionally, he modelled for RBA Studios in North Carolina and Worldwide Modelling Group in Atlanta, Georgia, and in 2001, was asked to join the Worldwide team as a Scout Agent. He also taught basketball and South African culture while living in the US.

Biography

He also did films and commercials, inter alia appearing in Little One (playing "Detective Morena").
