Santanna's Circus was a circus active and popular in Cape Town during 1866-7.
According to F.C.L. Bosman (1980: p. 242) the circus also offered comic acts, such as The Two Clowns (performed by Alfred Ray)
The popularity of Santanna's Circus apparently led to the introduction of special trains to the suburbs of Cape Town.
