1994: First produced by Mark West, directed by Alan Swerdlow and featuring Ian von Memerty and . For the next 3 years the piece played over 300 performances to over 100 000 people. Setting and lighting by Denis Hutchinson.
2005: Revived with Roelof Colyn and Jeremy Quickfall, directed by Ian von Memerty.
