The De Waal Hall is on the campus of the Grey High School, Port Elizabeth. It was opened on June 4, 1915, by the Administrator of the Cape, Sir Frederick de Waal KCMG and was named after him.
It was used as the school's hall-cum-gymnasium for many years until a separate gym was eventually built. Also used for stage production by The Grey Players in their early years.
