My Wife's Out is a farce in one act by G. Herbert Rodwell (George Herbert Buonaparte Rodwell, 1800-1852)[1].

First performed in London at the Theatre Royal Covent Garden, London, on 2 October, 1843.
The most widely held extant text was published by John Dicks (as No. 699 of Dicks' Standard Plays) in one volume with Borrowing a Husband, or Sleeping Out by William T. Moncrieff (1794-1857)[], in 1885(?).

1862: Performed as My Wife's Out by Clara Tellett and her company in the Theatre Royal, Cape Town, on 7 August, with The Pilot, or A Tale of the Sea (Cooper/Fitzball).
