Mr Palgrave (fl. mid 19th century) was an actor and possibly a naval officer active in Simonstown in the mid-19th century.
He could also have been the same person as the Dr Palgrave who was a member of the Cape Town Theatrical Club between 1858-1861.

His name occurs in connection with the opening performances given by crew members and local amateurs in the Simon's Town Theatre in 1856, for which she appeared in The Wandering Minstrel (Mayhew).
