They Fly by Twilight is a 1930s play by British writer Paul Dornhorst.
The original text
The action takes place in the living-room behind George Martin's grocery shop at Clapham, London. The play was staged at the Aldwych, London, in 1937 (1939?).
Performance history in South Africa
1940: A Johannesburg Repertory Players production was originally directed by Leontine Sagan but due to her illness Minna Schneier took over rehearsing the cast. The play was staged from 9 to 17 August at the Library Theatre, starring Minna Schneier, Edythe Carter-Johnson, Margaret Inglis, David Goldblatt, Andrew McCrindell, Vincent Prior.
