Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She visited South Africa in 1908 (along with G. Arbous), giving recitals which included Afrikaans poetry and playlets by Melt Brink, F.W. Reitz, Jan F.E. Celliers, and scenes from Julius Caesar (translated by Gustav Preller). This possibly led to the important later visit by Paul de Groot in 1924.
