Juan Lerm (fl 2001-2009) is a Knysna based businessman and cultural organizer.
A director of the Mr Gay South Africa competition and one of the originators, and initial organizer (2001-2009), of the Pink Loerie Mardi Gras and Arts Festival in Knysna.
In 2010 he left South Africa to pursue a career in West Africa .
