The Uitenhage Street Carnival is an annual event celebrated in late November in the Eastern Cape town of Uitenhage.
The carnival, founded in the 1990s, features festive street lights, live entertainment on a street stage, a street parade, a street market with over 120 stalls, a play land for children and a Miss Carnival Queen pageant.
