First performed in the Theatre Royal, Covent Garden, on 2 October, 1820.

Published in London J. Duncombe & Co., 1820(?); Samuel French in 1850 and W. V. Spencer in 1855(?) (as no CXIV of Spencer's Boston Theatre).
