The Committee of Heads of University Drama Departments was an informal co-ocdinating committee founded in the 1970s as a way for the various university drama training departments to liaise and work together, share information and negotiate.
In the 1980s it was replaced by the Association of Drama Departments of South Africa (ADDSA)
