(“The Ring”) by Hélène Pienaar-De Klerk and Andries de Klerk. An Afrikaans comedy about misunderstandings and rivalries at a wedding. First performed by K.A.T. with Heleen de Klerk (Hélène Pienaar-De Klerk?) and Bertie van der Merwe in March 1944 in the Hofmeyr Hall, Cape Town.
Produced for the Krugersdorp Municipal Dramatic and Operatic Society by Anna Neethling-Pohl as their entry in the 1945 FATSSA Play Festival.
First published in Die Ring en Ander Eenbedrywe by Hélène and Andries de Klerk. Cape Town: Nasionale Pers, 1944.
Performed by the Ceres Amateur Toneelvereniging in the 1970s.
Also published later in Kom Ons Speel Toneel by J.L. van Schaik.
