The idea for the performance was part of [[Khanyisile Mbongwa|Mbingwa]]'s masters assignment and examined the complexities of black life and black lived experiences in South Africa and Cape Town.
 
 
Performed in central Cape Town under the auspices of the [[Institute for Creative Arts]] ([[ICA]]) and the [[Live Art Network Africa]] ([[LANA]]) and their "Love of Live Art" project,  the performances started in Government avenue, just outside the Hiddingh campus of the [[University of Cape Town]], then moved through [[The Company Gardens]] and to end up at in front of the [[Iziko Slave Lodge]].
