Performance history in South Africa

1870: First performed in the hall of the Germania Hall, Cape Town, by Aurora II on 13 October, with Naar de Diamant Velden (Brink).

1873: Performed by Aurora II in the Oddfellows Hall, Cape Town, on 3 July, with as an afterpiece Het Kind van den Huize (Farber).
