De Val van den Hertog van Alba ("The fall of the Duke of Alba") is a Dutch play in five acts by Jan Schuitemaker (fl 1860s).

Written for the Rederijkers, it is described as a historical dramatic sketch...in five parts" ("geschiedkundige dramatische schets ... in vijf afdeelingen") and ascribed to the author of the play Een Geschandvlekte Naam (i.e. J. Schuitemaker). Published in Purmerende by J. Schuitemaker, 1869 (Volume 5 of Bibliotheek voor Rederijkers).

1873: Performed by Aurora II in the Oddfellows Hall, Cape Town, on 10 June, with De Onaangename Huishoudster (Brink) as an afterpiece.
