One of the leading members of the Cape Flats Players. He was particularly well known for his role as "Moegamat Salie" in many productions of Dit sal die blêrrie dag wies!. His last stage performance was in 2002 at the Gariep Arts Festival in What about de lô?.
As playwright he wrote Dêm... Die Intolerance Damned Intolerance (1995), Die "Invisibles" (19**), Mix Masala.
He had a role in the TV series Yorkman.
