A company founded by Leonie Pienaar to produce two plays (Die Veroweraar by Simons-Mees and Sakke Vol Geld by Evans and Valentine) in the early 1930s in Pretoria. Directed by Pienaar, the company included herself, Jac du Toit, Napier de Bruyn, Neep van der Merwe, Hélène Güldenpfennig, Isobel de Waal, Dora Hauptfleisch and A. Hauptfleisch.
