In 1994 the National Theatre in London produced the play, as Les Parents terribles, using a new translation by Jeremy Sams. The same production, under the new title Indiscretions, was presented in New York in 1995.
Les Parents terribles (1948) was Cocteau's own film adaption of his play and Intimate Relations (1953) was a British film version, directed by Charles Frank.
