Mr Belleville (18**-18**) was a soldier and amateur comic actor, active in Cape Town in the 1850s.
He was a member of the Garrison Players in Cape Town and is specifically mentioned for a not very competent performances in Perfection, or The Lady of Munster in the Garrison Theatre done by Captain Hall's Company on Tuesday 2 May, 1854.
