Klaaglied vir 'n Kunstenaar ("lament for an artist") is an Afrikaans play by Lisa Hall.

The original text
Set in a small Karoo town, the play is about the sexual awakening of an Afrikaans teenage girl, running parallel with her discovery of the circumstances surrounding her father's suicide.
