Translated into Afrikaans as Huis Toe by Hugo Taljaard in 2012.

Performance history in South Africa

In South Africa it was directed by Leonard Schach for The Company of Four and staged in the Concert Hall at the Baxter Theatre, Cape Town in 1977. The cast consisted of Keith Grenville (Lenny), Michael Howard (Max), Don Maguire (Sam), Michael Richard (Joey), Glynn Day (Teddy) and Jacqui Singer (Ruth). The set was designed by Emile Aucamp, the wardrobe by Helen Rooza and the lighting by Derrick Markotter. The stage director was Avril Bee.
