Translated from the French into [[Afrikaans]] by [[N.P. van Wyk Louw]] in 1939 (published by Nasionale Pers, 1939) with the title ''[[Hélène]]''. This translation was performed several times by theatre companies, e.g. by [[K.A.T.]] in the [[Little Theatre]] in 1940, directed by [[W.J.B. Pienaar]].
 
  
In 1958 the title was changed to ''Tussen Twee Liefdes'' ("Between two loves") and produced by the [[NTO]] under the direction of [[Leonard Schach]]. The production opened in the [[Hofmeyr Theatre]] on 5 August 1958 before going on tour. [[Babs Laker]], [[Johann Nell]] and [[Pietro Nolte]] made up the cast. Decor by [[Frank Graves]] and costumes by [[Doreen Graves]].

Aimer written in 1921, is a play by the French playwright Paul Géraldy [1] (1885-1983), performed during that same year by the Comedie Francaise.

Translated from the French into Afrikaans by N.P. van Wyk Louw in 1939 (published by Nasionale Pers, 1939) with the title Hélène.

In 1958 the title of the translation was changed to Tussen Twee Liefdes ("Between two loves") by the director Leonard Schach.
