Mr Gale (17**-18**) was a Cape Town based amateur performer.
He performed in a supporting role as singer and dancer in the "Great Intermezzo" put on by the Thêàtre de L'Union, as part of their performance of Les Ressources de Jonathas (Scribe) and The Last Night of André Chenier, in the Garrison Theatre on 31 March, 1848.
