In 2003 she became a co-founder of The Feela Sistah! Spoken Word Collective and in 2004 they created and performed This is Not An Intellectual Experience. She became the Artistic Director of Kalaneng Art Tracks, a community organisation that runs theatre developmental programs and cultural exchange projects, in 2004.
