Performance history in SSouth Africa
1978: First produced in South Africa by Pieter Toerien and Shirley Firth by arrangement with Bret Adams, directed by Stockton Briggle, with Naomi Buch, Annabel Linder, Anthony Fridjhon and Michael Mayer in 1978. Setting designed by Roland Stafford.
