Biography
He grew up in Carletonville.
Training
Career
He was a member of SWAPAC and PACOFS begore joining CAPAB in 1981 and starting to work freelance in 1982.
He has appeared on stage in 'n Stryd met Engele, Atlantis! Atlantis!, Die Vasvat van 'n Feeks, Die Leeu in die Winter, Ek, Anna van Wyk (1984), Die Koggelaar (PACOFS), Die Groot Wit Roos (PACOFS, 1991), Not With My Gun (1998).
Best known for the role of Saul in Dalene Matthee's Kringe in 'n Bos. Other prominent roles he played include Elias in Fiela se Kind (Lefra Produksies) in 2007, the cult leader Menasse in Egoli - Plek van Goud and Pop in the film version of Triomf.
Television
Bekker in Arsenaal (Season 1); Oom Wimpie du Toit in Binnelanders (Seasons 8, 9 & 10); Felix Venter in Hopeville (Season 1); Dirk in Onder Draai die Duiwel Rond (Season 2) and Doc Botha in Plek van die Vleisvreters (Season 1).
