He starred in Pieter Toerien’s production of Peter Shaffer’s Equus which was directed by Leonard Schach. It also starred British actors John Fraser and Dai Bradley together with locals Kim Braden , Fiona Fraser and Ann Courtneidge at the Civic Theatre in 1975. He starred in Trevor Griffiths’s Comedians together with Bill Brewer, Danny Keogh,Richard Cox, Ian Hamilton, Robert Whitehead and Anthony James which was staged at The Market Theatre in December 1976. It was directed by Leonard Schach and designed by Anthony Farmer. He starred in The Homecoming, 1978 and in Getting Away With Murder (as “Waldo” at the Intimate Theatre).
He formed a company to present The Cat and the Canary at the Brooke Theatre in 1978 ****
