Shreds and Dreams is a 2004 play by Bongi Ndaba. About three women battling with both the demands of the modern woman in the new millennium and those of their past.

In 2011 the SABC made the stage play into a television mini-series, which was revived into a full television season of 26 episodes in 2014.
Performance history in South Africa
First staged in the Barney Simon Theatre at the Market Theatre in June 2004, directed by Clare Stopford, with Portia Gumede (Nontobeko), Lara Monamodi (Yoliswa) and Bawinile Ntshaba (Lefika).
