Presented by KRUIK in collaboration with P.D. Uys Produksies and the National Arts Festival in 1992. The World première was on 9 June 1992 at the Nico Arena starring [[Chris van Niekerk (Ferdinand Barnard), Joey de Koker (Nedda Barnard), Theresa Cloete (Lizzie Smith) and Lynne Maree (Sofie Clarens). Direction was by Pieter-Dirk Uys, design by nicholas de Klerk, lighting by Malcolm Hurrell.
