The original text
Apparently an original Dutch play, available in the 19th century, but the only mention of the play is found in F.C.L. Bosman (1928, p. 252).

1826: Performed in Cape Town on 31 March by Door Yver Vruchtbaar in the African Theatre, with Pachter Veldkomyn van Tippelskerken, of Het door List verbroken Huwelyk (Von Kotzebue)
