Breach of Marriage is a play in three acts by Dan Sutherland. Subtitled "The Artificial Insemination".
Ann and Peter are a young married couple. Peter has been paralysed during active war service. The result of this means he is unable to have sexual intercourse. Anne desperate to have a baby arranges to have artificial insemination.

The original text
First performed in London at the Torch in 1948, and one the West End at the Duke of York in 1949. Published in London by Duckworth, 1949. Filmed as A Question of Adultery (1958).
