This was Simon's first play and opened at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on February 22, 1961 and played at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London in 1962.
Filmed in 1963, with Frank Sinatra and Tony Bill.
First produced in South Africa by Ricky Arden for the Johannesburg Reps in 1962 , with Gordon Mulholland, Clive Parnell, Fyvel Zygielbaum, Sarah Sylvia, Mary Miller, Diane Wilson and Jane Fenn.
