Biography

He came to South Africa in 1975.


Training

Career

He was introduced to amateur dramatics in Cape Town in 1975. He joined the Masque Players in Muizenberg. He has performed regularly for C.O.D.S, Fish Hoek Drama Society and The Masque Players.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He took part in the first musical staged by the Baxter Theatre, Candide. He appeared in Kvetch as George in 1988, Outside Edge (Theatre on the Bay), Guys and Dolls (Baxter Theatre), Up and Under, Spider's Web, 1991.

On television he was seen in Trucking, Just Nuisance and in the sequels to Arende and Game.

Awards, etc

He won the Cape Times award for Best Supporting Actor in Touch of Spring in 1988.
