She grew up in Durban.
Training
She studied elocution with Joan Little.
Career
Retired as head of Drama Studies Department Pmb 2006 after a career of 37 years.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Since 2004: Amanda in The Glass Menagerie, Mrs Alving in Ghosts. She played Miss Helen in The Road to Mecca.
