The World Première of the stage version of the play was presented by CAPAB Drama and Volute Productions at the Nico Theatre from 9 November to 1 December 1990, directed by Keith Grenville starring Helen Bourne, Ralph Lawson, Blaise Koch, Diane Wilson, Mark Graham. Lighting designer Malcolm Hurrell, designer Peter Cazalet.
