Based on Akerman's school days at Michaelhouse, a privileged Natal private boarding school for boys.
Won a Vita Best Script Award in 1997.
Business Day wrote of it: "You are unlikely to see anything as good on any other stage in the country".

1997: Presented by PACT at the Grahamstown Festival 1997 and subsequently in The Civic in Johannesburg and the State Theatre in Pretoria, directed by Anthony Akerman, starring Nicholas Ashby, Kathy-Jo Ross, Terence Reis, Ashley Dowds, Antony Coleman, Stephen Gurney. Set design by Rod Smith, lighting by Michael Maxwell.
