A weekend festival begun by Santa van Bart and other members of the Bosman Literary Society in Groot Marico in 1995.
It has appeared under a range of names over the years, including the Biekie Bosman Weekend, Biekie Bosman Festival, and the Bietjie Bosman Festival.
The Bosman weekend event was originally held in October and is coordinated and run by Santa van Bart and her husband Egbert.
