(18**-18**) Performer and impressario. According to F.C.L. Bosman (1928, p.431) (based on Groom, 1899), he apparently served as impressario for the Cape Town performances of Gustavus Brooke (1853-1854) and Sefton Parry (1855).
On 14 July 1855 a benefit performance was held for Taylor by Sefton Parry and company, consisting of Monsieur Jacques and Used Up.
