Claire Johnston (19*-). Actress and pop singer.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She starred in Joan Brickhill’s production of Annie which ran at His Majesty's Theatre from November 1978 to March 1979 as one of the supporting orphans. She grew up to become lead singer of one of South Africa's most internationally famous groups, Mango Groove [1].
